Job Title: Associate Unity Developer Location: Noida (On-site) Experience: 1 3 Years Industry: Gaming Salary: Open / As per experience About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Unity Developer to join our game development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Unity game development using C# , along with experience in Multiplayer game development , AI , and Unity Addressables . You should also have the ability to create and integrate custom native iOS/Android plugins into Unity projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality mobile and multiplayer game features using Unity and C# . Work with Unity Addressable System for optimized asset management. Implement and refine AI systems and gameplay mechanics. Create and integrate native plugins for iOS and Android platforms into Unity. Optimize game performance across multiple devices, especially iOS and Android . Collaborate with designers, artists, and backend teams to deliver smooth gameplay experiences. Debug issues and ensure stable game builds through thorough testing. Required Skills & Qualifications 13 years of hands-on experience in Unity game development using C# . Strong understanding of game architecture, object-oriented programming, and design patterns . Proven experience in Unity Addressables . Experience in Multiplayer game development and networking workflows. Ability to build and integrate custom native iOS & Android plugins in Unity. Experience implementing game AI systems . Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills. Nice to Have Experience with Photon / Mirror / Netcode for GameObjects . Knowledge of graphics optimization and shader workflows. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for builds. Passion for gaming and awareness of current market trends.
