Job Title: Flutter Developer (1+ Years Experience) Location: T-Hub (On-site, Full-time) Schedule: Fixed Shift Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling high-quality mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly products. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and deliver new features. Implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code following MVC/MVVM architecture . Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect code. Write and maintain unit and widget tests to ensure app stability. Optimize application performance and fix bugs to improve user experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile app development . Continuously evaluate and implement new tools/technologies to maximize efficiency. Requirements: 1+ years of professional experience in Flutter mobile app development. Strong understanding of Dart language and Flutter ecosystem. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and Firebase . Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns ( MVC, MVVM, Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, etc. ). Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field (preferred). Laptop is mandatory (company will not provide). Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Experience in publishing apps on the Google Play Store / Apple App Store . Knowledge of native Android/iOS development .
