About the Role We are seeking a motivated MBA student (Sales/Marketing specialization preferred) to join as a Market Research Intern. The role focuses on conducting field research with Tier-2 schools to understand their admission management processes. The insights gathered will support the development of our Admission Management Software, aimed at digitizing and streamlining school admissions. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to B2B sales, client engagement, and market researcha great opportunity for MBA students looking to build careers in sales, marketing, or ed-tech. Key Responsibilities Conduct baseline surveys with schools to study their admission process, challenges, and technology adoption. Field visits to schools as required. Visit assigned schools and meet principals, counsellors, and administrators to collect data and establish professional relationships. Schedule and manage client meetings via calls, emails, and in-person visits. Document survey findings and maintain structured records of schools and key contacts. Prepare and share regular reports/insights with the project team to support product development. Learn and apply sales pitching techniques during interactions with school stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile Currently pursuing MBA in Sales, Marketing, or General Management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English required; Hindi preferred). Comfortable with professional calling, follow-ups, and client interactions. Interest/knowledge in technology and software solutions. Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn B2B sales and client engagement. Willing to travel for school visits (travel allowance will be provided).
