Job description: Responsibilities 1. Customer lead tele calling and on-call assistance for platform bookings. 2. Serve as the point of contact for any inquiries or concerns from service providers in the platform 3. Create awareness about the platform, onboard service partners by communicating value proposition. 4. Provide regular updates on the daily onboarding & tele calling progress and achievements Qualifications 1. Bachelors in any field 2. Written and Verbal communication skills in Kannada & English 3. Proficient in using Microsoft tools such as Excel 4. Basic understanding of technology 5.
