Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist . ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversions. You will work closely with the content and development teams to optimize our website and content to meet business goals. Key Responsibilities: On-Page SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for ranking improvements. Optimize web pages, blogs, and other digital content for target keywords. Ensure that content is structured for optimal SEO performance (e.g., title tags, meta descriptions, header tags). Work with content creators to develop SEO-friendly copy. Off-Page SEO Strategies: Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posts, and link-building techniques. Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, bloggers, and other websites to improve domain authority. Monitor backlink profiles and remove toxic or low-quality backlinks. Technical SEO: Audit and analyze website performance (site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors). Work with developers to implement technical SEO best practices (e.g., sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects). Optimize website structure for better user experience and improved crawlability. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-driven content plans for blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets. Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and is optimized for relevant keywords. Monitor and update old content for SEO optimization to maintain rankings. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
