Job Description

As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Chief Technology Office, your role involves designing and delivering trusted, market-leading technology products that are secure, stable, and scalable across multiple technical domains to support various business functions. - Oversee the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Power platform to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. - Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions for tracking the performance and health of Power Automate workflows, connectors, and infrastructure components. - Design, develop, and customize Power Apps solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring optimal performance and user experience through best practices in app design. - Manage changes to the Power platform, including software upgrades, configuration changes, and infrastructure deployments, following established change management processes. - Work with a Center of Excellence mindset to inculcate best practices and re-usability at a firmwide level. - Integrate Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 applications for seamless data exchange, using connectors and APIs. - Oversee and maintain Power Platform environments, ensuring proper governance, security, and compliance while managing lifecycle activities such as provisioning and decommissioning. - Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features and industry trends, incorporating best practices into solutions. Qualifications Required: - Formal training or certification on Software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience. - Experience in managing cloud-based services, particularly Microsoft Power Automate and Azure services. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Sentinel, Purview, etc. - Sound knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform. - Demonstrated experience in developing applications using Power Apps, automating workflows with Power Automate, and managing data within Microsoft Dataverse. - Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, GitHub. - Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering principles and DevOps practices, including experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and incident management frameworks. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Familiarity with modern front-end technologies. - Exposure to cloud technologies. - Familiarity with AIHub/Copilot Studio within Power Platform. - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), PL-200.,
