Role Overview: Join a dynamic team shaping the tech backbone of operations at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank Team. As a Technology Support II, your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and troubleshooting application flows, improving operational stability, monitoring production environments, and assisting in issue escalation and communication. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows to ensure end-to-end service delivery - Improve operational stability through problem management participation - Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools - Assist in issue escalation and communication with business and technology stakeholders - Identify trends and assist in incident, problem, and change management for full-stack technology systems Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining IT services - Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment - Exposure to observability and monitoring tools - Familiarity with ITIL framework processes,
