Job Description

As a Technology Support Engineer, your role will involve resolving incidents and problems across multiple business system components to ensure operational stability. You will be responsible for creating and implementing Requests for Change (RFC) and updating knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborating with vendors and assisting service management teams with issue analysis and resolution will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Expected to be subject matter expert (SME) and collaborate with the team for effective performance. - Make team decisions and engage with multiple teams for key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Provide timely support to resolve operational issues. - Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and delivery. - Contribute to the improvement of processes and systems to enhance overall performance and reliability. - Manage delivery for production systems based on operational requirements and service agreement. Qualifications Required: - Must have skills in Netapp Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration. - Good to have skills in various storage technologies & products like Nasuni, NetApp, Isilon, AWS/Azure Native Storage. - Experience with system administration and troubleshooting. - Good to have skills in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. As a Storage Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the operations and managing delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your role will include ensuring the smooth functioning of systems, providing timely support to resolve any issues, and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders for efficient operations and delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to improving processes and systems to enhance overall performance and reliability. Additional Information: - Good verbal and written communication skills are required to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization. - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision. - Flexible to work in 24/7 shift. - Comfortable with collaboration, open communication, and reaching across functional borders. - Intermediate in presentation and MS PowerPoint skills. Educational Qualification: - 15 years full-time education. - Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business or Technology preferred.,
