Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components, ensuring that operational stability is maintained. You will create and implement Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and service management teams will be essential as you engage in issue analysis and resolution, contributing to a seamless operational environment.

Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.- Strong understanding of container orchestration and management.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues in cloud environments.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Docker Kubernetes Architecture and Design.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
