Project Role Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our Oracle Fusion Middleware environment. The role involves installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Oracle Fusion Middleware components to ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise applications. Oracle WebLogic Server AdministrationInstallation, configuration, domain and cluster management, resource configuration (JDBC, JMS).Oracle Fusion Middleware ComponentsSOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), BPM Suite, WebCenter administration and support.Scripting & AutomationProficiency with WLST (WebLogic Scripting Tool) and shell scripting for automation of routine tasks.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware products such as WebLogic Server, SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle BPM Suite, and WebCenter.Manage Oracle WebLogic Server domains, clusters, and resources including JDBC, JMS, and security realms.Monitor middleware performance, analyze logs, and resolve issues to ensure system reliability and uptime.Perform patching, upgrades, and environment migrations for Oracle Middleware components.Implement security configurations including SSL, LDAP integration, role-based access controls, and compliance requirements.Automate administrative tasks using WLST (WebLogic Scripting Tool) and shell scripting.Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for smooth deployment and support of middleware applications.Maintain detailed documentation of architecture, configurations, and procedures.Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed for critical middleware environments.
Technical Experience Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration, including installation, configuration, domain and cluster management, JDBC, JMS, and security realms.Proficient in managing Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Oracle BPM Suite, Oracle WebCenter, and related products.Skilled in applying patches, performing upgrades, and handling version migrations for Oracle Middleware software.Expertise in automation and scripting using WLST (WebLogic Scripting Tool) and shell scripting to manage middleware environments efficiently.Strong understanding of Java EE architecture, deployment of EAR/WAR applications, and troubleshooting Java application server issues.Experience implementing and managing security protocols including SSL/TLS certificates, LDAP/Active Directory integration, role-based access controls, and identity management.Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostics tools such as Oracle Enterprise Manager, Fusion Middleware Control Console, and log analysis for performance tuning and issue resolution.Knowledge of middleware backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.Experience working with cloud infrastructure platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Azure) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes (preferred).Exposure to CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Ansible) to automate deployments and middleware lifecycle management.Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze system logs, thread dumps, and performance metrics to resolve complex middleware issues.Professional Experience:Minimum of XX years or more of experience in a similar role.Proven experience with middleware design .Familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms.Education Qualification:B.E/B Tech/MCA or above.
