Technology Platform Engineer

As a Technology Platform Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to create both production and non-production cloud environments using appropriate software tools tailored for specific projects or products. You will deploy automation pipelines and automate the processes of environment creation and configuration to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all systems. Collaborating with various teams is crucial to ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms, thereby contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. You are expected to work independently and strive to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Your role also involves assisting in the development and implementation of best practices for cloud environment management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development is a must-have skill for this role. A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies, experience with automation tools and scripting languages, familiarity with version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines are also valuable assets. Your ability to troubleshoot and efficiently resolve technical issues will be crucial in this position. Additional information includes the requirement of a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development and the necessity of having a 15 years full-time education.
