Role Description

We are seeking passionate Technology Mentors for a full-time, on-site role at our Arsikere location. In this role, you will guide and mentor individuals to achieve their technical and professional goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one or group mentoring sessions, providing insights into cutting-edge technologies, sharing industry knowledge, and helping mentees develop technical and soft skills. You will play an integral role in fostering growth by offering personalized support and tailored advice to aspiring professionals in the technology field.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in fields such as software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, or emerging tech
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and coaching skills to effectively guide and inspire mentees
• Experience in creating learning strategies and fostering professional growth
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a learning-focused environment
• A mindset oriented toward innovation and problem-solving
• Prior experience in a mentorship or leadership role is a plus
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices in technology is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field is preferred
