As an Infoscion, your primary role involves interfacing with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will have the following key responsibilities: - Understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings in the technology domain. - Participating in project estimation, providing inputs for solution delivery, conducting technical risk planning, performing code reviews, and unit test plan reviews. - Leading and guiding your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes. - Contributing significantly to building efficient programs/systems and assisting clients in their digital transformation journey. Qualifications required for this role include: - Knowledge of more than one technology. - Understanding of architecture and design fundamentals. - Familiarity with testing tools and agile methodologies. - Understanding of project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. - Knowledge of estimation methodologies and quality processes. - Understanding of business domain to comprehend business requirements. - Analytical abilities, strong technical skills, and good communication skills. - Good understanding of technology and domain. - Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles, and modeling methods. - Awareness of the latest technologies and trends. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
