Job Summary

.NET Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using

    C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework

    .
  • Develop and consume

    RESTful APIs

    and web services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
  • Work with

    SQL Server

    for database design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
  • Implement security and performance optimization techniques.
  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support application releases.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in

    C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    .NET Core/.NET 6+

    .
  • Experience developing

    REST APIs/Web Services

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    SQL Server

    , Stored Procedures, Functions, and Performance Tuning.
  • Knowledge of

    Entity Framework/Entity Framework Core

  • Experience with

    LINQ, OOPS Concepts, Design Patterns

  • Familiarity with

    Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines

  • Understanding of

    Microservices Architecture

  • Experience with

    Unit Testing frameworks

    (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with

    Azure Cloud Services

  • Knowledge of

    Docker and Kubernetes

  • Exposure to

    Messaging Services

    such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.
  • Understanding of

    OAuth, JWT Authentication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of hands-on development experience in .NET technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Exposure to frontend technologies such as

    Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript

    .
  • Knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native application development.
