TE- Oracle The Oracle practice at KPMG India delivers an integrated Oracle ERP suite of banking risk and finance analytical applications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. We provide end-to-end implementation services to clients, particularly leading Indian and international banking institutions seeking to automate regulatory and management reporting processes. Implementing Oracle-based solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), or Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) involves strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing efforts. Responsibilities - Design, build, and configure Oracle Cloud applications to align with business processes and application requirements. - Develop and configure HCM Extracts to extract data from Oracle Cloud HCM objects for integration with external applications. - Prepare project deliverables including requirements, design specifications, and configuration guides; adhere to documentation, software development methodology, and version control practices. - Possess knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts and Oracle BI Publisher. - Demonstrate Oracle Application Development and Oracle Cloud Implementation expertise. - Manage teams or projects independently, ensuring effective handling of various aspects based on project/team requirements. - Hold at least one certification in Oracle Cloud HCM. - Collaborate effectively as a team player. - Maintain punctuality and consistency in internal and external communication. - Willingness to travel as needed.
