Technology Delivery Lead

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects by utilizing appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to effectively manage scope and risk. Your role will involve driving profitability and ensuring continued success through the management of service quality, cost, and leading delivery. Additionally, you will proactively support sales by offering innovative solutions and maintaining delivery excellence. Your primary skill requirement for this role is expertise in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the field. A 15 years full-time education is also required for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Create proof of concepts related to functionalities in the S/4HANA Central Finance Area - Engage with the Sales team for client demos in the S/4HANA Central Finance Area - Collaborate with a team lead to deliver SAP S4 HANA Central Finance Onshore/Offshore - Manage cross-functional teams offshore Onshore for project delivery - Assist in estimating new deals and prospective clients from a SAP S4 Central Finance perspective Technical Experience: - 12 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, including SAP S/4 HANA Finance - Hands-on experience in at least 3 implementation projects with a focus on S/4HANA (Training and User end experience are not considered) - Experience in at least 1 implementation project specifically in S/4HANA Central Finance (Training and User end experience are not considered) - Proficient in presentation and communication skills - Stakeholder management both Onsite and Offshore with a track record of working with global clients - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Professional Attributes: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Flexibility to work and meet project timelines - Ability to work under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions based on written procedures/guidelines - Good analytical and presentation skills Educational Qualification: - CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, PG MBA, or MCom If you meet these requirements and are ready to take on this challenging role, we look forward to receiving your application.,
