Technology Delivery Director - Asset Management domain

As a Technical Delivery Director at the reputed IT MNC, your role will involve overseeing technical implementation and program delivery in the Asset Management domain. Your responsibilities will include the following: - Providing technical guidance to the team and owning the Program Delivery. - Offering strong technical expertise in developing Microservices based platforms/Applications using .Net Core, React, and AWS. - Managing architects, project managers, and technical leads. - Leading integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs, including providing purpose, direction, and motivation to the team. - Clarifying and communicating client objectives and success criteria. - Handling program status reporting and communications. - Managing stakeholders both internally and externally. - Estimating and staffing for projects. - Ensuring ongoing client satisfaction. - Experience of working with Wealth Management US Clients. - Previous experience in managing mid-sized (>6 months in schedule and >2000 person days in effort) software services projects or programs with globally distributed teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 17 years of experience in the IT industry. - Strong technical expertise in developing Microservices based platforms/Applications using .Net Core, React, and AWS. - Over 5 years of experience as a Senior program manager. - Over 4 years of lead experience in a direct client-facing role. - Experience in handling $0+ Team through all phases of Development.
