Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, analyzing complex IT challenges, and providing strategic guidance to enhance the effectiveness of the IT function. You will play a crucial role in driving change and ensuring that technology initiatives align with organizational goals, ultimately contributing to the success of the projects you oversee. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Change Management. - Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. - Experience in implementing change management frameworks and methodologies. - Ability to analyze and assess organizational readiness for change. - Proficient in developing training materials and resources to support change initiatives. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
