Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure effective project execution, providing strategic insights, and facilitating discussions that drive innovation and efficiency within the IT function. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that align with organizational goals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall performance. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management. - Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
