Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationTechnical ArchitectExperience:8+ yearsResponsibilitiesDesign the overall system architecture for data ingestion, processing, storage, and visualizationDefine technology stack, integration patterns, and scalability strategiesEnsure security, performance, and maintainability of the platformGuide engineering teams on best practices and architectural decisionsConduct code and design reviews, and mentor senior engineers(AND/OR)Design and own the end-to-end architecture of a modular, microservices-based SaaS platform.Define and implement a multi-cloud strategy (AWS + Azure + GCP) with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.Architect and integrate LLM-based features such as:Automated feedback summarizationCampaign content generationWorkflow decision supportCollaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.Ensure security, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and performance across all services.Evaluate and integrate open-source tools (e.g., Camunda, OpenBoxes) and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).Skills & Experience8+ years in software architecture and backend engineeringDeep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native designProficiency in Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, and observability tools (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus)Experience with time-series databases, stream processing, and API designStrong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code(AND/OR)Proven experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first developmentExperience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and secure coding practices.Deep expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platformsStrong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) and prompt engineeringFamiliarity with workflow engines (e.g., Camunda, n8n) and logistics systems (e.g., OpenBoxes)Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance frameworks

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
