Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional based in Gurugram, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring quality assurance processes, conducting quality control and quality audits, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining quality management standards. The professional will identify areas of improvement, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and assist in enhancing overall product and service quality. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes Experience in Quality Management and implementing quality standards Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ability to ensure compliance Expertise in conducting Quality Audits and improving quality measures Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
