Role Description We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Bahadurgarh (near Delhi) . This is a full-time on-site role focused on expanding our market reach, converting leads into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies Convert inquiries into confirmed orders Build and maintain long-term client relationships Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, demos, and order execution Qualifications Proven experience in B2B or industrial machinery sales Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage and strengthen customer relationships Knowledge of the footwear or machinery industry will be an added advantage Capable of working independently and within a team Comfortable working from Bahadurgarh office Willing to travel occasionally for exhibitions and client visits
