Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Head with 34 years of experience in B2B Sales within the IT/ Telecom sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding the company&aposs market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify, approach, and onboard new clients. Build and manage long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CXO level). Analyse market trends and customer needs to position products/services effectively. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, support) to ensure client satisfaction. Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contract processes. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and management insights. Capable of handling and nurturing client relationships. Committed to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Requirements: Postgraduate degree or a related field. 34 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or Telecom Sector. Proficient in professional email communication. Strong understanding of technology-driven solutions and enterprise sales cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven with a growth mindset and ability to work independently. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho. Experience in SaaS, cloud services, or enterprise software is a plus.
