Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls. Promote banking products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment services. Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products. Customize solutions to align with customer goals and financial profiles. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Prepare and present product pitches and proposals. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries professionally. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
