Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team member, located in Tiruvallur. The Sales Team member will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include visiting clients, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the technical team to offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships. Experience in preparing sales reports and presenting to clients. Knowledge of power transmission products and industries such as Power, Cement, Sugar, Steel, and Material Handling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
