Job Description

Job Title: Techno-Commercial Specialist ANSYS AGI Portfolio Location: Pune Experience: 3-7 years Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field. Key Responsibilities: - Technical Responsibilities: * Understand customer needs in aerospace, defense, space, and telecom, and propose AGI solutions (STK, ODTK, TETK). * Conduct technical demos, PoCs, and workshops for ANSYS AGI products. * Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring smooth software integration. * Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to align product capabilities with customer needs. * Stay updated on industry trends, satellite mission analysis, and aerospace advancements. * Work with ANSYS technical teams for issue resolution, training, and problem-solving. - Commercial Responsibilities: * Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the ANSYS AGI portfolio. * Engage with potential customers in government, defense, space, telecom, and aerospace sectors. * Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and ROI justifications. * Drive sales negotiations, closures, and contract discussions. * Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with marketing for webinars, case studies, and lead generation. Skills & Qualifications: Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ANSYS AGI STK, ODTK, TETK, or similar aerospace/defense simulation tools. Industry Experience: Background in satellite communications, space mission planning, defense strategy analysis, or aerospace engineering. Sales & Business Development: Experience in selling high-value engineering software solutions. Presentation & Communication: Strong ability to conduct technical presentations and interact with C-level executives, engineers, and procurement teams. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple clients, deliverables, and deadlines effectively. Networking & Relationship Building: Experience in engaging with defense, government, and aerospace organizations. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with ISRO, DRDO, defense contractors, telecom operators, or aerospace firms. * Knowledge of orbital mechanics, satellite mission planning, RF analysis, and trajectory optimization. * Proficiency in Python, MATLAB for AGI tool customization. * Experience with ANSYS, MATLAB Simulink, or other simulation software.
