Job Description

As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing your excellent written communication skills in English to develop and maintain high-quality product documents. Your domain knowledge in Telecommunication/Networking will be crucial in this role. You should be well-versed in tools such as DITA/XML authoring, Frame Maker, and Adobe Acrobat. To succeed in this position, you must be highly self-motivated and adaptable, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and transitioning between them efficiently. With 3-5 years of technical writer experience, you should have a background in MBA/MA English/Technical Communications, BS/MS Engineering/Computer Science, or equivalent. Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance is essential, and you should be comfortable working as an individual contributor. The ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with flexibility and a willingness to move between projects on short notice is a key requirement. Your commitment to completing projects within specified timelines will be critical to your success in this role.,
