About the Role

Technical Writer

This role bridges the gap between AI researchers, engineers, and human taskersensuring that complex workflows are transformed into simple, actionable guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  strategy and creation

  of rater task instructions and templates for AI/GenAI programs.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to define

  task requirements and design principles.

• Develop, test, and refine

  instruction sets

  to minimize ambiguity and improve data quality.
• Build and deliver

  internal training programs

  and maintain a

  knowledge base

  on task design best practices.
• Translate complex technical details into clear, structured documentation and QC rubrics.
• Act as a

  pilot user

  for new workflows, providing feedback to improve clarity and usability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in

  technical writing, instructional design, or documentation

  for technical audiences.
• Experience in creating instructions for

  HITL (Human-in-the-loop)

  or

  rater platforms.

• Proficiency with

  HTML, Markdown, Git, Python

  , or

  data analysis.

• Strong skills in

  collaboration, writing clarity, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in

  Technical Communication, Instructional Design, or HCI.

• Experience in

  crowdsourcing, human evaluation platforms

  , or

  rater-based data collection.

• Familiarity with

  AI/ML workflows and data labeling processes.

• Analytical mindset with ability to

  use data to refine task design and quality.
