Technical Support Specialist-Fusion (PST AMER Shift)

In this role as a Product Support Specialist specializing in Autodesk Fusion at Autodesk, you will be responsible for providing support services to Autodesk customers by offering effective technical solutions, directions, and troubleshooting advice through various channels such as web, chat, scheduled calls, and phone. Your analytical and communication skills will be crucial in understanding, documenting, and resolving technical problems promptly to ensure an outstanding customer experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to support requests through multiple channels like chat, phone, web, and online forums while following documented processes - Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system - Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary - Research, verify, and document product defects - Manage a personal backlog of support requests - Provide timely updates on progress to manage customer and partner expectations - Assist in developing and maintaining an internal knowledge base using the Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) methodology - Contribute to product management and development for successful improvements **Qualifications Required:** - Competent knowledge of Design (CAD), Simulation, Manufacturing (CAM), or ECAD software, or related Autodesk products - Bachelors degree or Diploma in a related field, OR equivalent product experience in a relevant industry - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous If you are passionate about supporting customers, providing technical solutions, and contributing to product improvements, this role at Autodesk may be the perfect fit for you.
