Job Description

You will be responsible for providing technical support over voice calls as a Technical Support Officer or Customer Support Executive. Your role will involve assisting customers with their queries and issues related to computers, ISP, troubleshooting, etc. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through effective communication in English. - Handle customer queries and issues over voice calls. - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide appropriate solutions. Qualifications Required: - Graduates from any discipline, preferably Engineers (BE/BTech), are eligible to apply. - Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a BPO will be considered.
