The Technical Support Officer (Voice Based) / Customer Support Executive (Voice Based) position at our company requires individuals with excellent communication skills in English and the flexibility to work in rotational night shifts. As a prospective candidate, you should be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone and assisting them with their technical queries. Candidates applying for the Technical Support Officer role should possess basic knowledge of computers, including troubleshooting and understanding of ISPs. We are looking for graduates from any discipline, with a preference for Engineers (BE/ BTech). Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in a BPO environment will also be considered for this role.
