Technical Support Executive - Voice

As a L1 Technical Support team member, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers. Your primary role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You should have a qualification of Any Graduate and be proficient in both Hindi and English languages. A Versant Level of 4 is required for effective communication with customers. This is a full-time position with a 6-day working schedule. You will be working in rotational shifts, with females working from 7 am to 8 pm (9-hour shift) and males working from 7 am to 12 am (9-hour shift). You will have one rotational off during the week. The job is based in Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore, and requires you to work from the office. For freshers, the CTC is 22,000/- per month, with a take-home of 17,000/-. Experienced candidates can earn up to 25,000/- per month with a take-home of up to 20,000/-. Additionally, there is a quarterly bonus of 4,065/-.
