Job Title: Software Support Executive / Technical Support ExecutiveLocation: [Mumbai] Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers welcome) Qualification: BSc IT / BSc / BCA / MCA / MSc IT Job Summary:We are looking for a Software Support Executive who will be responsible for installing software, training customers, providing technical support, and solving client issues efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of SQL Server and databases, and the ability to learn quickly. Key Responsibilities:Installation and setup of our proprietary software at remotely. Provide software training and explain features to customers in a clear, simple way. Respond to technical issues and complaints raised by users and resolve them effectively. Present software solutions to prospective customers during demos or meetings. Maintain documentation of support cases and follow up for closure. Communicate clearly and professionally in regional language and Hindi/English. Collaborate with the development team to report bugs or feature requests. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective support and service. Required Skills:Basic knowledge of SQL Server, Express, and databases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Quick learner with a customer-first mindset. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in computer operations and common software tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Languages:Fluency in regional language is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.
