Job Description

Role Overview: Join the Ansys Customer Excellence (ACE) team to support customers in a new and innovative way. You will be at the forefront of change, focusing on developing and deploying solutions for customers. The ACE team is continuously striving for efficiency and sees AI as a paradigm shift. In this role, you will leverage your engineering knowledge and GenAI to streamline AI transformation for technical support and learning and development within the ACE team. You will work with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality solutions to customers, enhancing your impact on their success. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal teams and end users to design, test, and document reusable PyAnsys-based code modules for simulation and automation workflows. - Utilize engineering expertise to develop knowledge data related to Ansys Fluids products for consumption by Large Language Models (LLMs). - Identify and fill gaps in existing knowledge by working with subject matter experts. - Develop data pipelines for AI models using internal and external databases. - Gain technical expertise in Ansys products and GenAI technologies suitable for technical support and learning and development. - Adhere to legal and enterprise-level data governance policies when handling data. - Document all data workflows developed for AI applications and present them to the Data audit teams. - Participate in strategic team and company initiatives as required. - Be agile and open to new responsibilities, maintaining a fast-paced and experimental mindset. Qualification Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Civil/Aerospace engineering. - 0 years of professional experience in an engineering software environment. - Experience with Ansys software or other commercial CAE, CAD, CFD, EDA, PLM software. - Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills in English. - Organized with a sense of urgency and time management skills.
