Key Responsibilities:

Technical Oversight:

• Ensure compliance with engineering documentation standards, plans, system specifications, and test procedures.
• Provide technical data and evaluations for components, equipment, and systems that align with engineering plans, layouts, and contract requirements.

Team Management:

• Plan and coordinate the work of other engineers, technicians, and related positions.
• Supervise and conduct preventative, corrective, troubleshooting, and overhaul maintenance.

Project Execution:

• Interface with teams for equipment and system installation, testing, surveys, fabrication, and other engineering tasks.
• Ensure work is executed according to client requirements and contract specifications.

Client Site Support:

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams at client sites as needed for equipment and system installation, testing, surveys, fabrication, and other engineering tasks.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or related field) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a technical supervisory role, preferably in the marine or offshore industry, with at least 3-5 years of experience in OSV operations and maintenance.

• Skills:

• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., marine engineering, offshore operations).
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISM, ISPS, SOLAS).
• Experience with project management and coordination.
