Technical Staff Associate - Operator

As a Production Equipment Operator, your role involves operating production equipment following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ensuring compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines, maintaining quality control, and upkeeping the machines. Your responsibilities will include: - Following, respecting, and establishing all EHS guidelines and protocols in the workplace - Operating equipment and machineries as per SOP and instructions - Ensuring quality and process control during production as per Quality Control (QC) standards - Maintaining the good health and condition of the machines - Participating in Kaizens for continuous improvements - Participating in all EHS initiatives for a safe working environment - Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion - Coordinating effectively with other departments - Allocating manpower efficiently - Managing general store and implementing 5S practices You should have knowledge and skills in: - Production of monolithic and precast shapes - Basic operation of Crane, Mixer machine, Dust catcher, and Compressor - Handling big bags using forklift or pallet trolley - Understanding the operational principle of Valves, pneumatic systems, etc. - Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, and typing skills on the keyboard Qualifications required for this position include: - ITI in any trade - Minimum 1-3 years of work experience - Age limit of 35 years (Note: Omitted Additional Company Details),
