Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Specialist to join our Testing Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing services and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Analyze and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.

Participate in agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and procedures.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.

Experience with automated testing frameworks and languages, such as Java or Python.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile environments.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
