Key Responsibilities

Developing and Delivering Data Science Solutions (40%)

Design and deliver advanced analytics and data science solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners
Apply machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning, and NLP techniques on structured and unstructured data
Develop models with clearly measurable business outcomes
Create compelling visualisations to enable easy consumption of insights and predictions

Stakeholder Management (30%)

Partner with channel heads and senior stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into analytics solutions
Engage stakeholders throughout solution design, execution, delivery, and implementation
Clearly articulate analytical insights and recommendations to business audiences

Adoption of Cloud-Enabled Data Science Solutions (20%)

Drive adoption of cloud-based advanced analytics platforms
Build and manage sandbox analytics environments using Snowflake, AWS, Adobe, and Salesforce
Deploy data science solutions to production following best practices in MLOps, model explainability, feature stores, model management, and responsible AI

Collaboration and Ownership (10%)

Share knowledge and best practices across the team through coaching and training
Provide mentoring and consulting support on analytics methodologies and data-driven recommendations
Take end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives with minimal supervision
