Technical Solutions Analyst

As a Customer Support Specialist at our company, your role involves delivering timely recommendations, providing end-to-end issue resolution, and offering expertise to ensure that our customers are making the most of their platform access. You will serve as a customer advocate to ensure that issues and enhancement ideas are promptly channeled through the proper workflow in our support ticketing system. Your primary goal will be to provide a stellar customer experience, leading to high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores through your engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Stay knowledgeable about current and ongoing product features and functionality to provide quality feedback to our development team on active issues and trends. - Conduct web-based scheduled group and/or individual training sessions. - Participate in user acceptance testing of new releases, honing your critical analysis skills. - Adhere to key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Support Metrics, with the aim of meeting or exceeding your objectives. - Maintain product documentation and create walkthrough videos, knowledge-based articles, and scaled training webinars. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree with a focus on Technology, Business, Finance, or related field. - 1-2 years of hands-on experience supporting clients using hosted/ASP/SaaS software. - Proficiency in debugging web applications using Internet Explorer/Chrome debugger and Fiddler. - Beginner or Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery. - Experience in mobile, desktop, and/or web application testing. - Familiarity with using Jira or similar defect tracking tools. - Strong PC skills and demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office Suite products. - Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with strong writing and communication skills.
