As a Concrete Admixture Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory and field trials to optimize concrete mix designs according to customers' specifications. Your role will involve preparing technical reports and performance summaries, providing technical support to the sales/marketing team, and analyzing admixture performance to recommend the best solutions for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct laboratory and field trials of concrete admixtures based on customers' mix design and project requirements. - Optimize concrete mix designs to achieve desired performance characteristics such as workability, strength, durability, and setting time, while ensuring cost efficiency. - Prepare technical reports, test results, and performance summaries for customer approval. - Provide technical support and recommendations to the sales/marketing team during customer visits and product presentations. - Analyze and compare the performance of different admixtures to recommend the most suitable options for customer needs. - Maintain accurate documentation of test results, mix trials, and product performance data. - Troubleshoot any admixture-related issues at customer sites or batching plants. - Stay updated on industry trends, standards (ASTM, IS, EN), and competitive products. - Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop and customize admixture solutions for specific customer requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Previous experience in concrete technology, admixtures, or construction materials. - Strong knowledge of industry standards and testing methods. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
