Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Build and maintain a database of qualified IT candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can also apply with BCA/B.Tech and MBA).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
