Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. • Manage and coordinate the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

• Lead a diverse team of developers, engineers, and other project personnel.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to enhance team productivity.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyses project requirements.

Ensure that project requirements align with the overall business objectives.

• Oversee the identification and resolution of code issues and bugs.

• Drive the implementation of enhancements to improve application functionality.

• Lead the planning and execution of projects focused on introducing new features.

• Ensure that new features align with user needs and business goals.

• Implement corrective maintenance measures to address immediate issues.

• Develop and execute strategies for predictive and evolutionary maintenance.

• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

• Implement and monitor testing processes to validate code and features.

• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.

• Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

• Managing Complex Technical Projects • Mentoring Team • Stakeholder Management • Agile (Scrum/Kanban) Practitioner

• Orchestrate/Coordinate Day to day tasks

• Ensure all deliverables are met on time with quality

• Resolve any blockers, risks and issues on timely basis EDUCATION and QUALIFICATIONS

• Scrum Master Certification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technical domain.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
