Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables that support business goals.
• Coordinate internal teams and Dynamics CRM developers, including offshore and onsite members.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
• Ensure development follows Microsoft Dynamics CRM best practices and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA testers, and technical leads to align deliverables.
• Oversee deployment and production cutover plans.
• Provide regular project status reports to leadership and clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in enterprise CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
• Experience with CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
