Technical Project Manager- SaaS HCM Solution

As a Technical Project Manager for a SaaS HCM Solution, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the development of the platform under the guidance of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful and timely delivery of high-quality software solutions within the defined budget. This role requires a proactive individual capable of navigating complex project landscapes and fostering a collaborative environment to drive innovation and high performance. Your key responsibilities will include leading the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects in alignment with company goals and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with the CTO, software developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the application of best practices in .NET technologies, Python, and other relevant software development methodologies. Additionally, you will oversee the development and optimization of the SaaS-based HCM platform, focusing on scalability, security, and user experience. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying project risks and dependencies early on and devising mitigation and contingency plans to ensure project success. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and decision-making processes, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Moreover, you will advocate for and implement process improvements within the project lifecycle, leveraging feedback and lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within a SaaS environment. You must demonstrate a strong background in .NET technologies and Python, with a deep understanding of software development practices and lifecycle. Exceptional leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are also required, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant project management certifications such as PMP or Agile would be advantageous in this role.
