Technical Project Manager

• 8-10 years of experience in application development and delivery, with strong understanding of the full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Hands-on experience in Java projects with the ability to understand functional requirements of the projects. Should be able to engage in technical discussions with the team.
• Understanding of Product development with good exposure to platform engineering projects.
• Experienced in Agile methodologies and capable of performing Scrum Master responsibilities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and impediment resolution. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus.
• Strong Jira experience for project tracking, sprint management, resource planning, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical and functional guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and ensuring on-time delivery within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Act as a key liaison between business, technology, and leadership teams, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing experience with a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and translate business requirements into actionable development plans.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product development and delivery of complex enterprise applications, including ownership, governance, risk management, and team coordination.
• Strong leadership, self-management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive projects to completion under tight deadlines.
