Technical Project Manager

Job Description: At Bay6 AI, we are at the forefront of building AI-driven enterprise solutions for the

insurance and financial services sector, delivering products that transform customer engagement, risk

management, and operational efficiency.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of 10-20 resources in planning

and delivering multiple projects for one or more customers.

Xemplar is an 8-year-old software and solutions company that specializes in digital transformation

solutions using AI, Mobile, Web, Cloud (AWS, Azure), and data analytics to help insurance and financial

services companies accelerate their digital strategies.

You’ll be contributing to full-fledged product development as well as bespoke implementations—

helping clients in insurance, banking, e-commerce etc. innovate around customer engagement,

risk assessment, self-service, support scaling, and insight generation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Hands-on manager who can effectively plan and execute application or product development

projects in Agile-Scrum methodology.

2. Think out-of-the-box in optimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to

ensure successful delivery.

3. Apply suitable delivery strategies to be applied to meet desired project objectives and business

outcomes.

4. Directly interact and manage client resources with effective and professional communications to

become their trusted partner and go-to-person for all inquiries and information.

5. Coordinate cross-project activities between client, onsite, and offshore resources.

6. Proficient in Agile-Scrum methodology using proven techniques to drive quality and throughput.

7. Day-to-day oversight on deliverables, resources’ performance, and inter-dependencies to streamline

execution.

8. Effectively manage schedule, scope, and quality for assigned projects using appropriate metrics.

9. Effectively apply change, risk, and resource management methods to drive excellence in delivery.

10. Drive to monitor and resolve customer issues and accomplish objectives.

11. Be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, passionate to learn through the process.

12. Provide regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders on plans, progress, and

timelines.

Required Experience:

✓ 10+ years relevant experience with at least 5+ years of experience as the IT Project Manager for

application or product development projects.

Candidates that primarily managed maintenance projects need not apply.

✓ Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by an ability to work well virtually

with US-based customers, management, partners, and offshore teams/resources based in India.

✓ Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

✓ Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service

✓ Must have experience in estimating the development work for additional statements of work

✓ Strong organizational and planning skills and should be a very good team player

✓ Network with customer stakeholders and develop excellent working relationships

Educational Qualifications:

Engineering graduate or MCA/MBA from reputed university.

PMP/ PgMP certified and active practitioner preferred.

Soft Skills Required:

✓ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI/ML and

chatbot testing concepts into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

✓ Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, particularly in validating chatbot

conversations, predictive model outputs, and integration workflows.

✓ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (AI/ML engineers, data

scientists, developers, product manager and product owners) and manage multiple testing

projects in a fast-paced environment.

✓ Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges in AI/ML model performance,

chatbot behavior, and system scalability, and proactively address them.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
