Job Description

As a Technical Onboarding Coordinator at Deluxe Media Inc., your role will involve analyzing customer content fulfillment requirements and translating them into system orchestrated automated workflows. You will have a strong focus on understanding content fulfillment, digital workflows, asset, and data management systems/platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing and assisting in technical onboarding initiatives, interfacing with end users, updating and reporting configuration issues, communicating progress with stakeholders, troubleshooting, and updating incidents and email advisements through precise documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and assist on technical onboarding initiatives for customer profile configuration to drive end-to-end processing workflows automation. - Interface with end users to ensure onboarding of fulfillment workflows to the Deluxe ONE platform. - Update and report configuration issues by creating or updating incidents and email advisements and/or Jira ticketing. - Communicate status, updates, progress, blockers, or issues related to onboarding with relevant stakeholders through Jira ticketing, Slack, email, or meetings/calls. - Make sound judgments during troubleshooting and prioritize instantly to prevent missed deadlines. - Follow established workflows and SOPs while being flexible and collaborative in defining new processes. - Provide timely, accurate, professional, and responsive support to resolve issues reported by internal and external customers/clients. - Generate required reports from the system, utilize data and information effectively. - Provide feedback and suggestions for improved customer satisfaction, process enhancements, and system improvements. - Balance multiple requests, prioritize items to meet deadlines, take on new assignments dictated by Lead or Director, and proactively address open tickets and requests. Qualifications: - Basic Python experience. - Ability to understand complex instructions. - Familiarity with File Transfer Tools (Aspera, Signinant, S3, etc). - Understanding of platforms leveraging various APIs and services for custom solutions. - Understanding of workflow management and sequential tasks. Kindly note that candidates should be willing to work in the Night shift (9 PM to 6 AM) from the office location.,
