Technical Manager (CoTEK)

• Technical Expertise:CoTEKs are responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle faults that technicians cannot handle.
• Training and Skill Development:They act as in-house trainers, preparing skill matrices for technical staff and designing classroom and on-the-job training programs.
• Technical Information Management:They manage the dealership's technical library, ensuring relevant information is available to sales and customer service personnel.
• Quality and Safety:CoTEKs ensure adherence to technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), promote quality and safety in the workshop, and educate staff on 3S principles (sort, set in order, and shine) for maintaining discipline and housekeeping.
• Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs):They maintain and share TSBs, which are technical bulletins issued by the manufacturer to address specific vehicle issues.
• Customer Service:They are responsible for analyzing repeat repairs and initiating corrective actions based on root causes, and also provide technical support to the service advisors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
