Technical Lead / Technical Specialist

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead / Technical Specialist at Rinova AI, your primary responsibility will be to oversee technical design and development, lead and mentor the team, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. You will be based in Pune with the flexibility for some remote work. Your main tasks will involve architecting and developing full-stack solutions using Angular, Node.js, MySQL, and cloud platforms. Additionally, you will collaborate with design, QA, and project management teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, contribute to planning and estimation, and ensure successful project delivery.
