The role of Technical Lead / Technical Specialist at Rinova AI involves overseeing technical design and development, leading and mentoring the team, ensuring best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions on time. As a full-time hybrid role based in Pune with flexibility for some remote work, you will be responsible for architecting and developing full-stack solutions using Angular, Node.js, MySQL, and cloud platforms. You will collaborate with design, QA, and project management teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, contribute to planning and estimation, and ensure successful project delivery. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, with strong expertise in Angular and Node.js. Experience with MySQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is essential, along with proven experience in leading or mentoring teams. An excellent understanding of software architecture and design patterns, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary. Experience with AI tools/projects is a plus.
